60 DAY RETURNS

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email us to ensure you are eligible for a refund or cancellation and to obtain a RAN number. Once a return authorization number is issued, please mail items within 14 days. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.


CANCELLATIONS

Any order may be cancelled provided it has not shipped. If the item has already shipped, the only option is to return the item at Buyer's expense and request a refund. Please email us immediately to request a cancellation.
