This handle is best suited for resistance tubing systems with clasps on the ends. However, it can also be used in concert with bulk segmented pieces of resistance tubing and exercise bands. Simply tie a knot around the metal loop to secure the pro handle. The grip portion of the handle is made of high density foam material. Handles are designed to rotate during exercise. Sold in packs of ten.
